Construction (November 2024-present)
- installation of fencing and site set-up
- staking out utilities and building layout
- working with subcontractors on documents and submittals for materials
- issuance of building permit
- demo and stripping of the topsoil
- stockpiling topsoil
- proofrolling and getting the pad ready
- preparation of building pad
- installing silt fence
- laying additional rock to protect the building pad and the pathway to the building pad
- delivery of pre-engineered building
- digging and pouring concrete footers for building
- forming and pouring foundation walls
- setting anchor bolts in place
- waterproofing and insulating the footers
- erecting the building
- completing the structure of the building
- completing the siding
- backfilling the perimeter of the foundation wall

- cleaning up ruts and soft soil
- completing electrical and plumbing work under the concrete slab
- installing banding for the roof
- beginning roof insulation
- continued inspections by county and testing agencies
