Construction (November 2024-present)

  • installation of fencing and site set-up
  • staking out utilities and building layout
  • working with subcontractors on documents and submittals for materials
  • issuance of building permit
  • demo and stripping of the topsoil
  • stockpiling topsoil
  • proofrolling and getting the pad ready
  • preparation of building pad
