Building Goals

Elementary School

Goal One: By the 2025-2026 school year, Greeneview Schools will implement high quality instructional practices, especially in literacy, to increase students' abilities in grade level identified reading focuses by 10% of students to read, write, and think critically.

Adult: Teachers will implement Open Court/Into Reading lesson planning and delivery that engages all learners as measured by implementation self-assessment
Student: Proficiency as measured by iReady

Goal Two: By the 2025-2026 school year, Greeneview Schools will differentiate and provide personalized instruction to close students' learning gaps by 50% of students meeting their EOY reading iReady stretch goal.

Adult: Teachers will provide 30 minutes of Tier II interventions as measured by implementation self-assessment
Student: Meet annual stretch goal (≥150%) as measured by iReady

Goal Three: By the 2025-2026 school year, Greeneview Schools will implement a system of support that promotes a positive school climate to foster all students' readiness to learn. The current goal is to increase student awareness to 75% about how thoughts impact (affect) feelings and behaviors.

Adult: Implement self-management and self-regulation small group lessons with Tier II students

Middle School

Goal One: By the 2025-2026 school year, Greeneview Schools will implement high quality instructional practices, especially in literacy, to increase students' abilities in ELA by 5% on OSTs to read, write, and think critically across all content areas.

Adult: Teachers will implement differentiated groupings as measured by self-assessment and classroom observations.
Student: Proficiency as measured by iReady

Goal Two: By the 2025-2026 school year, Greeneview Schools will differentiate and provide personalized instruction to close students' learning gaps from expected to above in ELA.

Adult: Teachers will differentiate instruction by implementing skill-based small groups as measured by self-assessment
Student: Meet annual stretch goal (≥150%) as measured by iReady

Goal Three: By the 2025-2026 school year, Greeneview Schools will implement a system of support that promotes a positive school climate to foster all students' readiness to learn. The current goal is to improve staff well being to exceed 70% of favorable results.

Adult: Teachers will engage in forms of connection activities throughout the year.

Goal One: By the 2025-2026 school year, Greeneview Schools will implement high quality instructional practices, especially in literacy, to increase students' abilities in ELA by 9% from 63% to 72% to read, write, and think critically across all content areas.
